Here’s to 4 months!

Ahh we made it to 4 months! It’s been some time that I’ve posted. With everything going on in my life I wanted to disconnect on social media and be more present with figuring out my next steps once the baby arrived. Here I am 4 months into motherhood and feeling all types of way! I posted my angel on Instagram which who knows will still be around when he’s on the internet. I wanted to share a little something with you all. “As I sit here next to you while you sleep so peacefully; I’m in pure awe of you. I could stare at you throughout the day embodied with love and joy. My sweet boy you turned 4 months old yesterday and as tough of a day I had; coming home to you it’s difficult to feel anything but joy. You light up my world like a ray of sunshine peering through the clouds. 4 months have taught me so much about motherhood and about myself. You crack me up, you light me up I just love you so. I often think about who you will be as you grow older but I have to take a step back when I realize time does not stop, I sit back and think these days will seem so far away when we’re looking back; these days will be our “in the good ol days. So in these precious days being present and appreciating each day, each lesson has been nothing short of magnificent. I love you nene”

4 months down forever to go. It’s been interesting and exhausting but most of all beautiful.
